Can invoices be sent by SMS or WhatsApp?
Yes, through Bigz SMS, Bigz's own SMS service, or WhatsApp. Choose which messages go automatically — sales, receipts, quotations, order updates and overdue reminders — and edit the wording. WhatsApp can use a shared number or your own number.
How much does it cost to send an SMS?
Each SMS costs LKR 0.62 (all taxes included). There is a one-time setup fee of LKR 2,684 and no monthly subscription.
What is a Sender ID?
A Sender ID is the name that appears as the sender of your SMS, such as your business name. Three Sender IDs are included and we handle the registration for you.
Can I send SMS in Sinhala and Tamil?
Yes. Messages can be sent in English, Sinhala or Tamil using Unicode. Unicode messages use more characters per SMS.
Does my SMS credit expire?
No. Credit you top up stays in your account until you use it.
Can I connect SMS to my website or system?
Yes. Your POS can send SMS directly, and the SMS API sends OTPs, order confirmations and reminders from any website or app. Ready-made plugins are available for popular e-commerce platforms.
How do I connect my WhatsApp number to biGz CRM?
Scan a QR code from your phone, then add your website, price sheet or FAQ to teach the AI and switch on the AI sales assistant flow.
Who pays for the AI?
The AI runs on your own AI account, billed by that account with your own monthly cap. biGz CRM itself has no per-message fees.
Will my number get banned?
