This policy applies to BIGZ hardware and printed consumables ordered from Bigz.
Delivery areas and times
- We deliver island-wide in Sri Lanka.
- Items in stock are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days of order confirmation and payment.
- Delivery normally takes 1–5 working days depending on your location.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges, if any, are shown on your quotation or invoice. On-site installation is available and is quoted separately where it is not already included in your package.
Receiving your order
Please check the package when it arrives. Report missing items or visible damage within 48 hours, with photos, so we can arrange a replacement.
Software
Software subscriptions are delivered electronically. Login details are sent by email or WhatsApp after activation.
