Front desk and the guest bill

Arrivals, departures and in-house guests on one screen. Check-in with ID or passport and a registration card; check-out with one guest bill covering the room, minibar, laundry, transport and restaurant bills. Companies and travel agents can be billed for the room while guests pay their own extras.

Housekeeping and reports

A housekeeping board, the police and immigration guest register, and a dashboard with occupancy, average daily rate and revenue per available room. Deposits are held correctly in the books.

Messages and your restaurant

Booking confirmations, reminders and thank-you messages by WhatsApp or SMS from your own business number, and it works with Bigz Restaurant Manager for your restaurant and room service.
